Forms have now been stripped from the monument bases. Electrical conduit has been extended upward through the rebar cages and the column forms are under construction.

Notice the 4 large bolts in the corner of the form. These are 1.5" in diameter and will be the anchors for the steel base structure.

Two conduit pipes are emerging from the bases. One provides power for for seasonal lighting and the second is for other lighting should the city decide to fund it in the future.
